This spirit came alive at the twin showcase of the MATECIA Exhibition and THE WADE ASIA, two platforms now synonymous with creativity and collaboration in the world of architecture and interiors. Spread across five lakh square feet, MATECIA featured more than 450 exhibitors unveiling cutting-edge ideas in interior surfaces, furniture, and hardware. The exhibition drew visitors from over 600 Indian cities and 20 countries, becoming a melting pot of innovation.
Global exhibitors added further depth, ensuring conversations carried both local flavour and international resonance. Categories spanned residential and commercial architecture, retail, lighting, and colour, with every winner reflecting excellence in design thinking. Actor-director Randeep Hooda added glamour to the ceremony, while Aurora Russi, Deputy Head of Mission at the Italian Embassy, amplified its global appeal. An art and photography jury ran concurrently, enriching the showcase with visual storytelling. Over two days, the WADE ASIA conference sparked discussions on sustainability, trends, and the future of design practice. Together, MATECIA and WADE ASIA proved themselves as a vibrant experiences where ideas bloomed, collaborations flourished, and design found bold new directions.
