Sessions judge Savita Rao recently performed Andra Natyam with her daughter. She says she uses the artform to relieve herself of stress

If one strives for it, there is never any dearth of enthusiasm and energy despite having a demanding job. The living example of the same is Savita Rao who is addl district and session judge in Teeshajari courts who performs classical dance for her rejuvenation. Recently she performed the Andra Natyam in AP Bhawan organised by Adileela Foundation. She was accompanied by her daughter Sugandha Rao a student of class 10 at DPS, Mathura Road who always enhances the charm of the show. She was equally enthusiastic regarding the classical dance performance which was a unique combination of beauty, mind, rhythm and expression in soul and body which reflects the embodiment of Indian culture. This acts as a stressbuster for Savita Rao arising out of the tedious nature of her job. The dance movements are so beautiful and perfect that it is really impossible to make out that the performances are not by professionals. The dance spellbound and mesmerised the audience.  It was a great example to see that age and position can not be a barrier in exploring happiness through the means of dance.
