Shri Sanjay Arora, DG ITBP and Dr Randeep Guleria, director AIIMS inaugurated a one-day mega blood donation Camp at AIIMS, New Delhi on February 25.
More than 2,500 CAPF personnel including ITBP, CRPF, BSF, SSB, RAF and more voluntarily participated at the camp. More than 2,500 units of blood were donated during the camp.
The CAPFs have been voluntarily participating at this annual blood donation camp for the past three years.
This year, the camp has been themed at 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav'. AIIMS has been celebrating a week-long Raktadan Mahotsav from February 18 to 25.
