ONGC clinched three prestigious awards at PetroFed Oil and Gas Industry Awards function in the categories of ‘Exploration and Production — Company of the year’, ‘Project Management (above `2000 crore) Company of the year’ and ‘Innovator of the year — Team’.
ONGC’s wholly owned subsidiary Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals limited (MRPl) was also awarded ‘Refinery of the year’.ONGC Director HR KS Jamestin, officiating as CMD in the absence of Sudhir Vasudeva were accompanied by Directors on Board of ONGC, Director Finance AK Banerjee and Director Exploration NK Verma.
They received the award on behalf of ONGC from the Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas M Veerappa Moily. The MRPl award was received by Jamestin along with MD MRPl P P Upadhya and Director Finance MRPl Vishnu Agrawal.
