Art is rightly regarded as a common language that facilitates dialogue, builds bridges between varied universes and transcends borders and Connections organised by Shri Ram Centre is testimony to this fact. Following two successful editions, Shri Ram Centre is delighted to bring its third edition.
Award-winning performances from around the world will regale the Delhi audience from March 25 to 28.
Concerto For Two Clowns, a contemporary circus and ljodahått, a poetic folk rock band, are the two unique and widely acclaimed performances lined up. Julia Moa Caprez, Igor Sellem and Magne Havard Brekke are the amazingly talented artistes who are expected entertain the audience with their individualistic interpretations. Another highlight of the festival will be a spectacular fusion where Indian musicians will team up with European musicians to create a special flavour of music.
Rukmini Chatterjee, Indo-French choreographer and artistic director of the festival, said, “We are bringing varied and outstanding performances to Delhi so that aficionados can truly take away something. Our endeavour is also to introduce the Delhi audience to exciting and new emerging languages in the performing arts.”
