Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) offers to buy property in the middle of the city. The launch of GDA’s Chandrashilavasi Yojana and auction of plots at Nandagram and Govindapuram will start from Friday.
Kanchan Verma, GDA vice president says that the prices of apartments have been revised in this scheme, the value of each apartment has been reduced by Rs 10 to 12 lakh. The fok apartment was worth Rs 65 lakh earlier, and now its revised value is Rs 44 lakh. He further says that the residential scheme has 120 apartments, of which 48 have been allotted. The plots are 90 and 60 square metres.
