Meghna to produce biopic
Director Meghna Gulzar has signed up to produce a series on the life and the case files of highly regarded cop and former Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, Rakesh Maria. It will be co-jointly produced by Anil D. Ambani owned Reliance Entertainment’s Phantom Films. The IPS officer cleared his Civil Service Examination from the 1981 batch. He cracked the Bombay serial blasts case in 1993 and many such cases.

Actor Rana Daggubati feels honoured to be playing the role of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in the NTR biopic. Sharing a photograph along with Naidu on Twitter, he said, “What an honour it is to play the role. Thank you sir for giving us your valuable time.” The biopic is based on the life of yesteryear superstar NT Rama Rao. Actress Vidya Balan has reportedly been roped in to play NTR’s wife Basavatarakam in it. The film is directed by Krish J.
Aniston hires young trainer
Actress Jennifer Aniston, 49, has hired a personal trainer, who is 18 years her junior for boxing workouts, leyon Azubuike, 31. Training takes place at the 15 million pounds worth los Angeles mansion that Aniston shared with husband Justin Theroux until they split five months ago. Bryan laverdure, Azubuike’s business manager said, “leyon isn’t seeing anyone. He trains her (Jen) at her house.” Aniston said, “Boxing is a great way to get aggression out.”
