Kangana is not a typical heroine
The quintessential heroine — on and off screen — is not for actress Kangana Ranaut. When asked about the learnings that she wants girls to draw from her life. She said, “I always keep myself as the priority. I do not subscribe to the theory that good girls don't think about themselves and they are all for sacrifice. My life is mine and I want to make the most of it. I want to utilise my potential and see who I am. It's not just about my brother, son, husband or my mother.
Somewhere, I do not subscribe to the quintessential heroine, who is an ultimate Indian woman who puts everyone before her and she comes in the end for herself,” added the three-time National Award winner. Her next project is Manikarnika —The Queen of Jhansi, a biopic on Rani of Jhansi.
‘I love make-up. I am a make-up hoarder, in fact... From a very young age, I started doing my own make-up. But I strongly believe in home remedies and in leading as chemical-free life as possible, even with my food habits.’

Jack Black saw Jumanji for the first time when he was offered a role in its sequel Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, and “flipped out” over the late Robin Williams' performance. The actor is thrilled to be a part of Williams' legacy, and says Jumanji deserves to live on.
“I checked it out with my boys for the first time. And we all flipped out. It was so great. Robin was awesome.I was excited to be part of that legacy,” said Black.
Weinstein is a monster: Hayek
Actress Salma Hayek has added her name to the list of celebrities speaking out against disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein, calling him a rage-fuelled “monster” who sexually harassed and tried to kill her. Weinstein denied the charge.
The 51-year-old Mexican actress detailed her experiences with Weinstein through the course of the making of Frida, a 2002 biopic on Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. She claimed, among other things, that he once threatened to kill her when she refused his advances. Hayek said Weinstein told her: “I will kill you, don't think I can't.”
