HAIRDRESSING FOR A CAUSE
Delhi based famous hairdresser Joginder Maliya, owner of Style N Smile in Uttam Nagar, is all set to set up a new record in the field of hair cutting. Maliya is planning to provide hair cutting services for continuous eleven days without any break or rest at an eleven day public function being organised by him in the capital in the month of November.
He has already done this rare performances of hair cutting for ten days without any rest in 2011 in Jammu and also for continuous six days of hair cutting in 1999 in Jammu. Just like the other occasions, this year too, he has planned to donate income coming from this event for the social cause and charity. He wants to redefine the profession of hairdressing and hair cutting and dispel social evils and superstitions.
NBCC IMPlEMENTS CGHS FIRST AID POST
Dr PK Mishra, Additional Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, recently inaugurated the CGHS First Aid Post (FAP) at NBCC Service Centre GPRA Complex, New Moti Bagh, New Delhi.
CK Mishra, Secretary, Health and Family Welfare, Government of India and Dr Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD, NBCC were among the dignitaries who graced the occasion along with residents of the GPRA complex. The First Aid Post set up in the Complex, would be equipped with all facilities of a CGHS Dispensary and would benefit all residents of this 105 acre largest green home complex of its kind.
