SONY PUllS OUT KAPIl’S SHOW

Only days after actor Ajay Devgn left the sets of The Kapil Sharma Show as Kapil Sharma had not arrived, Sony Entertainment Channel on Thursday announced a “short break” with the comedian.

The clarification comes amidst news that the popular comedy show was being replaced with The Drama Company.

An official spokesperson from the channel said in a statement, “Kapil has been under the weather for sometime now, due to which we have mutually agreed to take a short break. However, once Kapil has recovered completely, we will start shooting once again. We value our relationship with Kapil and wish him a speedy recovery.”

I'm still waiting to meet him (Hritik) face-to-face and exchange two words on this and sort this out, but he's been running and hiding from me. He  and his father have made fools of themselves, they should apologise to me in public. Even if they don't, I will clarify to the world what happened to the case. The case has not died down. They couldn't prove anything

After winning hearts across the nation, The Voice Season 2 winner Farhan Sabir is all set to release his debut single Allah Hu on Universal Music.

The single will be released on the auspicious occasion of Eid to spread the message of “hope and belief.” Allah Hu is an unconventional Sufi Qawali with a distinct tune and lyric. The song is composed by popular playback singer Shaan, who, besides being on the jury of the show, has also mentored Farhan right through his journey to winning it. Farhan has also learnt how to play the tabla and is currently training in Western music.

Musical honour in the US open

The 87-year-old actor sat courtside and made a rare public appearance at the US Open Tuesday night in Queens, New York during Roger Federer's five-set win over Frances Tiafoe. Sean Connery  looked visibly pleased when they showed him on the large screen at the game as the James Bond theme music played in his honour. Connery has made few public appearances since retiring from acting in 2006 and playing his last role in 2003's The league of Extraordinary Gentleman, but seems to make exceptions for the annual tennis tournament. He was also seen attending in 2015 and 2012. The actor immortalised the secret agent in the first five Bond films from 1962 to 1967 before returning for one more with 1971's Diamonds are forever.
