Bose against child abuse

Actor Rahul Bose along with actress Vidya Balan came together to support the eradication of child sexual abuse (CSA) as Bose launched Heal NGO against child sexual abuse.

He said, “This is one of the causes that we don’t  talk much. It is a very sensitive issue that needs to be addressed. Our country is one of the largely affectedcountries. But what is more surprising is this is one of the issues that exist in European countries as well, so it has nothing to do with socio-economic background. Sadly, it happens everywhere in the world.” The initiative will be followed by an online campaign.

‘Audiences know what to expect from me when they see my name on screen. I want to change that perception and I can only do that if I don't get too comfortable doing similar roles. I want to do roles that make me feel insecure.’
