Aahana refused lipstick
Aahana Kumra almost had lost the opportunity to be a part of lipstick Under My Burkha movie because the film was supposed to be shot when she was working on the TV series ‘Yudh’ alongside Amitabh Bachchan. Aahana had to say no to the film but was unhappy that she couldn't be a part of this movie which has such a great script but fortunately, lipstick Under My Burkha production dates were pushed forward. Meanwhile, the team was in search for a perfect fit for the role but after auditioning other people they still thought that Aahana was a perfect choice.
Filmmakers Aanand l Rai and Anurag Kashyap have joined hands for the first time for the film Mukkabaaz.
Rai will co-produce the film along with Phantom Films and Eros International, while Kashyap will be the director.Kashyap best known for movies like Gangs of Wasseypur, Black Friday etc. Rai has been the producer director for Tanu Weds Manu.
The music teaser features hip hop artiste DIVINE, who is debuting in Bollywood with the project.
“This was for my favourite director, with my favourite producer and my debut. I gave whatever I had,” DIVINE said.
Actor Varun Dhawan teased fans about the climax of his upcoming film Judwaa 2 by posting a video on his Twitter account. He will star alongside Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu, which is being directed by his father David Dhawan and is a sequel to the filmmaker’s 1997 film Judwaa.
Vauthier’s Swarovski show
Alexandre Vauthier celebrates his 11th season by collaborating with Swarovski for his haute couture collection. Bella Hadid shone in a full-crystal dress.
His high-octane show at the Grand Palais featured several looks embroidered with Swarovski crystals by Maison lesage. The designer’s trademark mini dresses sparkled with all-over crystal detail and flamboyant crystal-embellished ruffles. Hadid illuminated the runway in a full-crystal plunging wrap-dress. His show also included crystallised footwear with hand-applied crystal and lace boots and crystal-tasseled stilettos, as well as statement crystal brooches which enhanced jackets and hats.
