Aditi Rao Hydari who will soon be seen in Mani Ratnam's Kaatru Veliyidai, ticked another wish off her bucket list, when she was approached for the Tamil film. “As a kid, I wished to work with Mani Ratnam. Years later, I finally shot for a film with him. Kaatru Veliyidai broke the complacency within me. I took it up because I was moved by the character. By the time I finished reading the script, I was in tears. There are certain roles you want on your resume. This is one of them. Mani sir makes it endearing. He has a natural gift of showing love in a magical way.”
‘I am so glad Sussanne liked the film (Kaabil). Her opinion means the world to me. I am the happiest when people say Kaabil truly is a small film with the largest heart in the world.’
