IndianOil’s Pipelines Division was conferred with the gold award by the Greentech Foundation under “Training Excellence” category in the sixth Annual Greentech HR Award 2016.
Jibanananda Pradhan, executive director (HR), received the award along with Gautam Ghosal, GM (MS, HRD and Trg.), Y Archana, chief manager (T&D), K Suresh Babu, manager (T&D) and Pranshu Sachan, HRO from Kamleshwar Sharan, chairman and CEO, Greentech Foundation and RK Dubey, former CMD, Canara Bank at a function held in Mumbai.
The award has been conferred for outstanding achievements in training excellence in Pipelines Division. The Greentech HR Awards are presented to the companies demonstrating the highest level of commitment to various HR practices that understand the intrinsic needs to streamline various processes by the use of technological intervention.
