Shahid sports blue streaks
Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has got a blue streak for his forthcoming thriller movie Udta Punjab. Shahid gave his fans a sneak peak into his new look by sporting a blue streak with long hair along with a beard and a moustache. The 34-year-old shared the photograph on image-sharing website Instagram and captioned it : “Adding some colour to the dark and edgy #udtapunjab. Can't wait to start this one (sic).” Directed by Abhishek Chaubey, the film tells the story of substance abuse in the Indian state of Punjab. It also features Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh.

Producer Glendon Palmer is developing a film Southside With You, which is inspired by the first 1989 date of US President Barack Obama with now wife Michelle Obama. At that time the President was a young firm summer associate and his wife was known as lawyer Michelle Robinson. The story follows the couple on a date that took them from the Art Institute of Chicago to a screening of Spike lee's Do the Right Thing to the site of their first kiss outside of an ice cream parlour, reported Deadline. Tika Sumpter (Get on Up) will star as Michelle, 51. Casting is underway for the role of Barack Obama, 53. Richard Tanne makes his directorial debut with the project based on his screenplay.
Simon’s advice for Zayn Malik
Simon Cowell, who discovered Zayn Malik and the other One Direction members, believes the young singer needs some own time. “He's a fantastic singer. look, he's got to get his head together a little bit. He needs some time on his own, as he said, to be a normal 22-year-old, which he's gonna have,” he said. Cowell, who signed One Direction to his record label Syco Records after they finished third on the UK's The X Factor in 2010, went on expressing his support for Zayn and the remaining One Direction members.
