Women power at Big Boss house
The fact that she has stepped into the shoes of one of Bollywood's Khans to host Bigg Boss Halla Bol, is a sign of women's empowerment, says filmmaker Farah Khan. The Dabangg star Salman Khan handed over the baton of hosting Bigg Boss Halla Bol, an extension of Bigg Boss 8 to Farah.
“I think a lot of people are undermining the fact that a woman replaced one of the biggest stars of the industry. It says something for women empowerment,” Farah said. “I'm relieved with the response. There were some apprehensions, which were not from my side, but yes I think it was big shoes to fill in. I think my style of hosting was different from Salman. I don’t think one can draw any comparisons. He is a fabulous host,” she said.

US First lady Michelle Obama has praised American Sniper for its depiction of military families and “the complex journeys that our men and women in uniform endure”.
Obama spoke to a gathering organised by Got Your 6, a group that promotes accurate portrayals of veterans in entertainment. Bradley Cooper was also one of the panellists at the event. “The number one movie in America right now is a complex, emotional depiction of a veteran and his family. While I know there have been critics, I felt that, more often than not, this film touches on many of the emotions and experiences that I've heard firsthand from military families over these past few years,” she said.
Rihanna poses topless
Singer Rihanna has gone topless for a magazine's latest issue.
The 26-year-old What's my name hitmaker shared three photographs from a magazine's latest issue on photo-sharing website Instagram, reports aceshowbiz.com.
In one image, she is seen stripping off her top, wearing only a pair of oversized denim pants. Her hair is styled in 1990s dreads and she completes her look with dark coloured lipstick.
In the cover photo, Rihanna styles her hair in thick box braids with slicked down edges. Sporting large gold hoop earrings and dark blue top, the Diamonds singer completes her look with smokey eye make-up and dark brown lipstick.
The singer recently released her new song Four five seconds featuring Paul McCartney and Kanye West.
