‘Bikini didn’t decide my title’
Actress and former Miss World Aishwarya Rai has lauded the organisers of the international beauty pageant for removing the swimsuit round from their competition. She says when she won the crown in 1994, she herself didn't have the “fittest beach body”. In December 2014, Julia Morley, chairwoman of the Miss World contest, announced their decision about the exclusion of the bikini round, saying that “it doesn't do anything for the woman. And it doesn't do anything for any of us”. Aishwarya has said she was “very happy” to know of the development.
“When I became Miss Word, I was definitely not the best beach body of all the 87 contestants. I can vouch for it...I can put a stamp on it. And yet I won the title,” said Aishwarya, who was recently felicitated for being the most successful Miss World ever.

Rajinikanth’s linga has run into trouble. According to reports, seven film distributors of the superstar’s movie want a refund because they have suffered losses. The amount is touted to be Rs40 crore. Only one distributor for the film has not joined the group. Box office collections have not been released so far but unofficial industry estimates hover at Rs40 crores.
lingaa (Symbol of Energy) released on December 12. Distributors say the film ran full-house on just that day. Co-starring Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Shetty, the movie was produced for a reported Rs100 crore. It was sold to distributors for Rs180 crore.
Charlie Sheen is embarrassed
Actor Charlie Sheen says he is “really embarrassed” by his tweet in which he told Kim Kardashian to go “f yourself”. Sheen says that he was pissed with some other post and he blasted on reality TV star, reports aceshowbiz.com. “Dear Kim, my extreme bad. really embarrassed by my actions. I was already pissed about some other c**p that had nothing to do with you. I heard a story that bothered me. wrote some trash you didn't deserve. Ever. I'm an idiot as often as I'm a genius. that day, clearly I was the former (sic),” he tweeted. He previously took a dig at the reality star in a vicious tweet. “You are lucky that ANYONE cares about your gross and giggly bag of funk you dare call an ass. your public loves u. give something back or go f yourself (sic),” he tweeted.
