No one can buy us: Kavita
Kavita Krishnamurthy says her focus is on good work and not money. “I’ve sung all over the world. I am looking forward to work where I can be of some service to poor people or those who laid down lives for us,” she said. “If I can give back to people, that will make me the happiest person,” she added. The singer, who lent her voice to actresses like Madhuri Dixit, Manisha Koirala and Rani Mukerji, now wants to give back to the public by doing good projects. She even turned down “cheap” songs in the past. “There was a time when good lyrics were not written. They were cheap. I thought that it wasn’t the kind of song my family would listen to, so I refused to sing,” she said.
I am very tired of writing books and want to do something else, something out of the ordinary. Talking about style and fashion is a little bit different from the things I usually do

Anupam Kher has accused producer Samir Karnik of not paying him the dues for working in the latter's project Chaar Din Ki Chandni, which released two years ago.
“Producer Sameer Karnik hasn't cleared my dues even after 2 yrs. Made police complaint about bounced cheques 1yr back. NOTHING has Happened (sic),” Anupam posted on Twitter.
“Goodness towards somebody who plays a victim, can be termed as your foolishness. Have been waiting for my dues for long. #SameerKarnik,” he added.
Katie Price sells her old house
Singer Katie Price says she wants to make a fresh start in a new home with husband Kieran Hayler, who cheated on her. Price, who forgave Hayler after discovering his affairs with her friends Jane Pountney and Chrissy Thomas earlier this year, has moved out of the Sussex home as she couldn't stop thinking about Hayler having sex with her friends on the property.
“I left my stress at the old house with all the memories of Jane Pountney and Kieran in there, so I was glad to leave. I hate the old house, there are so many bad memories of Kieran cheating. I wanted to get out of the house because I hate walking in the kitchen and knowing they'd been in there together. I was finding things like that hard,” she told a magazine.
