Anil screens Mr India for students
Anil Kapoor describes the experience of screening his 1987 film Mr India for students and staff members of Indiana University in the US as “amazing”. He flew all the way to Indiana Oct 7 for the special screening of the iconic movie in which he played a man who could become invisible. “It was an amazing experience. The first thing I asked curator John was, ‘Why Mr IndiaIJ Why not any of my other filmsIJ' He said that there were many reasons. Most of all, because Mr India is India's first real superhero film.”
Anil sat with the students and the faculty to watch the film.
“Students not only sat glued to the film but also stayed on for the interaction. I had forgotten the length and the content,” he said.

Dubai-based singer-actor Ali Quli Mirza, who is entering Bigg Boss 8 as a wild card entry, says he is all set to make history.
“So far no wild card entry has ever won Bigg Boss. I hope to change that. Because I am an actor and singer. I see myself as a complete package. Jo jaisa ball phekega main waisa batting karunga (I'll behave according to the attitude of others),” Mirza said.
Kesha plans to sue Dr luke
Singer Kesha has decided to sue her former producer Dr luke after accusing him of sexual assault and abuse. Kesha's attorney Mark Geragos has said that the suit comes after a decade of mistreatment at the hands of Dr luke, born lukasz Sebastian Gottwald, reports a newspaper.
“This lawsuit is a whole-hearted effort by Kesha to regain control of her music career and her personal freedom after suffering for 10 years as a victim of mental manipulation, emotional abuse and sexual assault at the hands of Dr luke,” Geragos wrote.
“The facts presented in our lawsuit paint a picture of a man who is controlling and willing to commit horrible acts of abuse in an attempt to intimidate an impressionable, talented, young female artist into submission for his personal gain. Kesha is focussed on moving her life and her career beyond this terrible time,” he added. The allegations in the civil suit, filed in los Angeles County Superior Court, have claims that Gottwald forced her to drink and take drugs against her will.
