Kapil’s loss is Riteish’s gain

Riteish Deshmukh has replaced comedian Kapil Sharma in Y-Films' comedy Bank-Chor. “loved the script. loved the character. loved the team,” said Riteish, who is riding high on the success of Ek Villain.

“I've always liked to push the envelope with the choices I make. This film allows me to potentially rip it apart. Watch out there's a new ‘Bank-Chor’ in town,” added the actor. Ashish Patil, business and creative head, Youth Films, Brand Partnerships and Talent Management at Yash Raj Films, vouches for Riteish's versatility. “From villainy to action in his forthcoming lai Bhaari, there's nothing he can't do! And with Bank Chor, Riteish is in a zone that's a serious strength — comedy! He adds the scale, madness and weight to the project,” said Patil. The audience are in for one hell of a ride, he added.

I am not jealous of Jacqueline because even I am getting an opportunity to be part of an item song. Of course, I would love to work with Salman...that would be a dream and I hope it comes true. He has great energy and sense of humour

‘I don’t want to reprise Harry’

Daniel Radcliffe has clarified that he has no inclination to reprise his role as Harry Potter on the big screen despite the fact that author JK Rowling released a fresh story. Radcliffe played the title role in all the eight movies, which were based on Rowling's seven fantasy novels. “My inclination is to say no,” Radcliffe said. But he also emphasised that no one has asked him to do anything. “I don’t think it’s a question — not even hypothetical at this moment,” variety.com quoted him as saying. In Rowling's latest, the adult wizard attends a Quidditch World Cup and Radcliffe says he is yet to read the story.
