Madhuri to start dance academy
She has impressed Bollywood buffs with her versatility and acting ability through the years, but it is dance that keeps Madhuri Dixit going. The actress, who gave a new dimension to her passion by launching an online dance academy, says its success has now encouraged her to plan an on-ground institute.
“We do have plans to take the online dance academy on-ground. We decided to go digital first as it was a way to reach out to a whole lot of people from around the globe. We're in the planning stages of coming up with an on-ground dance institute,” Madhuri said. Her online dance academy DancewithMadhuri.com was launched in February 2013, and it was gradually launched as a mobile App. The actress, a trained Kathak dancer, was happy the platform has emerged as a “community”.
“We realised we could spread the joy of dancing easily via the digital medium and as many as 1,00,000 people are enrolled. Besides, it's easy — you can be carrying a smartphone always and learning dance at any time of the day and anywhere,” she said.
TV has not progressed as much as I had thought of. Though there are couple of shows that are different, yet the top mass entertainer shows are the typical daily soaps. Unfortunately, TV has not moved much ahead in terms of content

I enjoy bilingual songs: Enrique
Singer Enrique Iglesias had a lot of fun while writing songs in both English and Spanish for his new album Sex and love.
He says that the best thing about his latest record is that its bilingual tracks will be fun to perform at live gigs. He explained in an interview with the Daily Star: “I'm excited about my new album Sex and love as it's only the second time I have released a mixed record in both Spanish and English. There is such a big Spanish-speaking audience, and of course that's where my career began.”
“I was always bilingual. I wrote a lot in Spanish, so now that we're well and truly in the digital era, I thought it was time. Having songs in both languages keeps me on my toes. It means that live, I can do a set list that's very eclectic, it can move from one style to the next. That for me is what keeps me going,” he said.
