The Chintels Group which is in the process of developing over 600 acres of self-owned prime land in and around Dwarka Expressway bordering and including Delhi announced the launch of its residential project Chintels Serenity in Sector 109 on the edges of Dwarka Phase II, Delhi. Redefining the concepts of luxury and harmony, Chintels Serenity will have 370 neo-luxury, lifestyle three-four bedroom apartments including penthouses spread across an area of one million sq ft and will consist of nine high-rise towers, two of which will be iconic towers.
