‘I’ve learnt to be a one-take artiste’
VJ-turned-actor Ayushmann Khurrana says he has learnt to be a one-take artiste, thanks to industry veteran Rishi Kapoor with whom he is sharing screen space in forthcoming film Bewakoofiyan. It is for the first time that Ayushmann will be seen with the senior actor.
Ayushmann had a good experience of working with Rishi. “He cannot tolerate incompetency, he wants everybody around him to be competent and professional. I think it just rubs on you because if you are a learner in life then you need to take cues from an experienced actor like him,” Ayushmann said.
“He believes in giving one-take shot as he feels it becomes mechanical if you give more than two takes. I think I have become a one-take artiste because of him,” the actor added.
This season, WIFW A/W’14 will witness the participation of 119 designers from a mix of leading as well as young ones. Big players like Abraham & Thakore, Satya Paul, Anita Dongre, Shantanu & Nikhil and Rina Dhaka will showcase their collections. While Tarun Tahiliani will open the five-day extravaganza, Namrata Joshipura will stage the grand finale.

Gomez’ love life worries her family
Singer Selena Gomez' parents are concerned about her reunion with notorious pop star Justin Bieber. The couple was recently spotted kissing and hugging each other during breakfast at a restaurant in Texas, and on another day, Bieber dedicated a song to Gomez in a surprise SXSW party at a bar in Austin. Soon after the 21-year-old singer was released from rehab for an unknown treatment, a racy video featuring Bieber and Gomez surfaced. “Selena has chosen Justin over her family in the past,” people.com quoted a source as saying.
“They are disappointed about that, her father has told her he doesn't like her spending time with him,” the source added.
