Hemant Kumar, general manager, Western Railway presided over the meeting of Zonal Official language Implementation Committee (ZOlIC) of Western Railway, held recently at WR HQs, Churchgate, Mumbai.
On this occasion, Kumar emphasised the need to ensure proper implementation of Rajbhasha in official work. He instructed all senior railway officers to initiate to ensure maximum use of Rajbhasha in their file notings and official correspondence. The meeting was attended by Deepak Gupta, additional general manager, Ravindra Kumar Tandon, chief Rajbhasha officer, principal heads of various departments, addl DRMs of all six divisions and other senior railway officers.
