‘Troubled love killed Jiah’
A week after Jiah Khan's suicide, her mother Rabiya Khan claimed the drastic step was not due to the lack of assignments but due to her troubled relationship with her alleged boyfriend Suraj, son of actor Aditya Pancholi. According to the letter which Jiah’s sister Kavita found, the actor had aborted a child.
“I knew about his (Suraj's) abusing her and not respecting her and also about the presents and the Goa trip. But I found out other aspects, which were hurtful,” Rabiya said. She also clarified that Aditya Pancholi came to see Jiah's body only after the police had come.

Simon Cowell faces eggs
Music mogul Simon Cowell was pelted with eggs by a failed contestant from last year's talent show Britain's Got Talent. This happened during the show's live finale recently.
Cowell was seated with his fellow judges Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and Amanda Holden watching a performance when a girl stormed onto the stage with a box of eggs and began throwing them at Cowell. Security guards guided her off the stage but not before one of the eggs hit Cowell, which left him with egg running down his jacket. But the judge didn't let the attack ruin the show. He removed the jacket and continued with the show.
