The Indian Army will hold a recruitment rally for Agniveers in Hyderabad from November 13 to 24, with candidates from all 33 districts of Telangana eligible to take part.
The two-week drive will be held at the GMC Balayogi Athletic Stadium in Gachibowli, Ranga Reddy district, a Defence communique released on Sunday said. Young people from every district of the state, including Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Khammam, Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda and Ranga Reddy, can attend.
Screening will cover Agniveer General Duty, Agniveer Technical, Agniveer Tradesman (10th pass) and Agniveer Tradesman (8th pass). Candidates who have received admit cards must carry all original documents listed in the recruitment notification for 2027, which is available on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
Defence authorities said the recruitment process is fully automated, fair and transparent, and advised candidates to stay alert against touts and fraudulent agents who claim they can influence selection. Agents have no role in the recruitment, the communique said.
