Three labourers were killed while one of them was injured in an accidental landmine blast along the line of Control in Nowshera area of Rajouri district on Saturday. According to reports, the labourers inadvertently came in contact with the landmine and received fatal injuries after it exploded in one of the forward villages of Nowshera in Rajouri.
Defence Spokesman lt-Col Manish Mehta claimed, “Three civilian labourers named Ramni (42), Moni (38) and Vijay Kumar (26) were fatally wounded probably when an unidentified vintage mine accidentally exploded taking their lives and injuring one more labourer named Amit Kumar resident of Raebareli.
