Tata Capital Financial Services (TCFS) on Saturday said it proposes to raise Rs300 crore from debentures to fund its growth. The board has given approval to the company for issuing unsecured, non-convertible, perpetual debentures of up to Rs300 crore on a private placement basis, said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges.
