little does three-and-a-half-year-old Karan Bhure — who was among those injured in Thursday’s building collapse - know that his parents were among those killed in the mishap, as he is undergoing treatment at Thane Civil Hospital.
While his mother died on Friday, his father is feared dead but his body has not been identified yet.
like Bhure, six-year-old Sandhya Thakur, who was rescued by the officials after having been trapped for more than 36 hours under the debris of the collapsed building, has also become an orphan. As of now, the Thane civil hospital staff is taking care of the two injured children.
