A total of 51 pacts worth Rs11,531.21 crore were signed between various companies and the State Government here on Saturday.
The memorandums of understanding (MoUs), signed by various departments, related to tourism, agriculture, industries, urban development, housing and mining sectors.
Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) also signed some MoUs. The projects will create more than 26,000 direct jobs. Chief Secretary CS Rajan, while highlighting the progress in investment commitment made during Resurgent Rajasthan summit held in November last year, said that nearly 80 per cent land for the projects has been identified.
The MoU Signing Ceremony today follows the Resurgent Rajasthan summit during which the state government had signed MoUs worth Rs3.21 lakh crores. Rajasthan has already cleared investment proposals worth Rs4,452.
