Congress president Sonia Gandhi assured the people of Amethi that her son and local MP Rahul Gandhi will return very soon. Interacting with locals and Congress leaders at Puredundipur Village in Jais area in Amethi on Saturday afternoon, Sonia said that Rahul would be back soon and then will meet the people of Amethi. later she also had a brief interaction with the media. She convinced the people saying that Amethi is not just Rahul’s constituency but also a place of Gandhi Family. “The Gandhi family considers Amethi and its people as their own,” she said. The congress leader, however, did not reply on the missing posters of Rahul being pasted in Amethi.
