People go through various circumstances in their lives with certain extreme emotions like anger, jealousy, or enmity leading them to commit crime for which they face legal punishments and get defined as accused or criminal. While some of them repent their deeds after facing jail, most of the them do not get another chance as society develops an idea around them.
However, this kind of event offers a second chance to them.
The 'Tihar School of Art' and an art gallery were inaugurated by Culture and Tourism Minister Dr. Mahesh Sharma on August 23.
