Pawar takes dig at BJP over scams of leaders

Published on:

Taking a dig at the BJP for the ongoing controversies relating to its leaders, including Sushma Swaraj, Vasundhara Raje and Smriti Irani, NCP President Sharad Pawar said on Saturday that he did not expect to hear so soon a public discourse over the irregularities allegedly indulged in by them,

Talking to mediapersons at Aurangabad, Pawar said: “We did not expect that in such a short period, we would get to hear a public discourse about this  (alleged irregularities indulged in by) from their senior leaders. The  picture emerging from national media about ‘three-four sisters’ (BJP leaders Sushma Swaraj, Vasundhara Raje, Smriti Irani and Pankaja Munde) is a matter of serious concern. I am sure people will take a note of this”.
