On re-election as national president to his Telugu Desam Party, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has issued a whip to party leaders and cadre saying they should win 80 per cent public satisfaction.

He said there will be no Opposition party in the State if the party cadre and the Government work transparently to implement welfare and development programmes. In a Press conference held on Saturday here, he openly warned his party people to maintain decorum and discipline, otherwise string action would be taken. While declaring Central Committee under his Chairmanship, he revealed the two Telugu States’ committees also. Naidu kept his brother-in-law, son of late NT Rama Rao, Nandamuri Harikrishna into Polit Buro apart from Civil Aviation Minister P Ashok Gajapathi Raju and his Son, Nara lokesh, as general secretary to National Committee among others.

Naidu is very much confident of winning 2019 elections as well as 2024 elections as his Government is working hard for the betterment of the State and the public. “Even we are thinking for the welfare of the Hijras as they are barred from family and society affection. We are giving them Rs 1,000  pension every month and also thinking to provide employment opportunities. My Government would

like to bring equal respect to them in the society”, Naidu said.

“My Government is seriously working on Smart Water Grid and Smart Power Grid. We are doing water and energy audits on daily basis. We are trying to revive ground reservoirs through percolation in every village where rain falls. In next five years, there shall not be any water crisis in the State.

Water Security to all is our prime motto. At the same time we are drawing a program to transform every house as electricity generation center to bring down electricity charges to the extent possible as cheapest in the world”, he added.
