A Chandigarh-based property dealer died at a bus stop here under mysterious circumstances on Saturday with Rs16 lakh in cash strapped to his body. Police said the deceased —identified as 57-year-old Nar Singh Bedi — was standing at the bus stop near Sector 29 to catch a bus for Delhi. He collapsed suddenly after which people at the bus stop called the police control room. The man was rushed to the Government Medical College and Hospital in Sector 32 where doctors declared him dead. Police found Rs16 lakh in cash strapped to his body.
