During investigation into the grisly December 16 gang-rape, it was found that the juvie accused was most brutal of the six accused.
In its inquiry report submitted by Delhi Police, it was the juvenile who lured the victim and her male friend into the bus by giving wrong information about its route.
Prosecution witnesses cross-examined in a special fast track court said that the juvenile was on the footboard of the bus with the main accused Ram Singh soliciting passengers. Police said that apart from sexually assaulting the 23-year-old woman, the minor also ripped out her internal organs with a rod. The girl died 13 days later in a Singapore hospital.
