Shares of Fulford will soon be delisted from the stock exchanges following the successful delisting offer made by promoter Dashtag, which is buying stock at a price of Rs2,400 a piece from the shareholders.
The buy back offer was worth Rs234.42 crore as Fulford has bought back 9,76,763 shares, Fulford said in a BSE filing on Saturday.
