Ekta Kaul, who got injured last week during rehearsals, was the fourth participant to be eliminated from JDJ Season 6. The actress suffered from severe injuries to her back and her knee but that didn’t stop her from giving it one last performance on the Jhalak stage.
Kaul and her choreographer Tushar Kalia’s act on wheels and the fusion act were the ones most loved and appreciated by the audiences as well as the jury. Kaul and Aarti Chhabria were in the bottom three and had to come to the dance-off zone.
Kaul said: “This was the first time I’ve ever tried dancing in my life and that too on a national platform like JDJ. I’m disappointed to be eliminated at this stage after five weeks but it has been the best learning experience of my life and I’m taking back a lot with me”.
