The Delhi BJP on Saturday termed the “letter seeking views of 18 points from BJP written by Aam Aadmi Party” as desperate attempt to save itself from backlash of people of Delhi.

Party’s chief ministerial candidate Dr Harsh Vardhan said they (AAP leaders) know that they had been exposed hence, they had started misleading common man who voted for them. Vardhan further added, “They knew from the beginning that they cannot do what they had promised. They were reluctant and shying away from forming the Government in Delhi. Their act indicates that all their acts are nothing but a facing saving exercise.”

Questioning their move, the BJP leader said AAP leaders had been changing their stand on the issue since the poll results were out. “They had clearly stated that the party would not seek and give support to any one. Why are they now making mockery of the democracy,” he said. Delhi BJP president Vijay Goel also slammed AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal and his party for creating confusion in the public.

“What they are doing is political jugglery. They are full of arrogance and it (letter) is just an attempt to seek media attention. They never wanted to be in power and they will not form the Government. They just join the election to create nuisance,” Goel said. He added their act had exposed their real face.
