With an aim to improve its ranking in Swachchhta Surveskshan 2018, East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) Commissioner Ranbir Singh chaired a special meeting in which he interacted with sanitary inspectors and officials and sought the status of “Swachchh Bharat Mission” being run in their respective wards. He also sought the challenges being faced in implementation of the mission.
“The Swachchhta Surveskshan 2018 would begin on December 4 and the EDMC has to make East Delhi more beautiful and cleaner for the upcoming ASEAN summit,” Singh said.
On this occasion, Additional Commissioners Gl Meena, RS Meena, Deputy Commissioner Deepak Shinde, Engineer-in-Chief PK Khandelwal and OSD to the Commissioner DPS Tomar were present.
