Astroturf : Be attentive for your best

We all wish to become something, as our indwelling desires propel us to be. We passionately pursue our dream destination, as if that achieved may bring in happiness. Not all succeed in their endeavour. But even those who are able to make it, which brings in a feeling of momentary pleasure, there is no guarantee that the success spree will continue unabated. WhyIJ Is it how the call of destiny moves, or has it something to do with our own performing-self alsoIJ

Well, an ignorant egotistical mind is seldom keen to figure out one’s own fault lines. And even if someone gets tempted to reflect upon one’s own self, ego doesn’t let dispassionately identify and acknowledge one’s frailties. In the event of failure, such people find refuge in the call of destiny. But in case of success, they take it as their doing. It is only when we try to delve deep into human working, it comes out that no matter whatever the destiny pointers may have to say, it is ultimately our performing-self, which makes or mars it.

Remember, often the taste of success brings into active play the indwelling sense of ego. One then begins to nurse the wish to be in control of things and live life on own exclusive terms. In our egotistical fervour, we forget that in a world full of diversity and disparate elements all across, life can’t always move to one’s asking. We have to be prepared to meet hurdles on the way. Meeting challenges posed by competing interests is an accepted fact of life, for which one is usually prepared. But many a times, we become a victim of our own persona, which evidently varies from person-to-person, as each being is born unique. But seldom do we realise this until pushed to the wall.

A highly ambitious person had a difficult start in life. But eventually succeeded well. After having a taste of success, over a period of time, his demeanour underwent major change. He became flamboyant. He began putting forth his view points more aggressively, and would not digest contrarian view points. The irony of the whole situation was that stuck to his own flow of thoughts, the need to apply proper forethought before forming judgment, did not occur in his mind. It is, as if, he would be all-knowing.  In the process, he often roughed feathers with his superiors. later, in a sudden turn of events, he lost his job. By that time a message had spread across that he was not accommodative. That really made it difficult for him to secure a suitable job befitting his experiences for more than three years.

Meanwhile, this man had enough time to reflect upon his inherent tendencies, and has sincerely tried to make amends also. Yet, he finds himself often being pulled by his habit tendencies, inadvertently though, which doesn’t let him adjust to his new work atmosphere comfortably.

The man’s astrological pointers make out an interesting study. Born in Mercury ruledlagna sign, he would wish to live on own exclusive terms, and prefer only yes persons around. He may desist those who carry varying opinion. And if ever, those around don’t prove true his expectations, it becomes difficult to digest, and gets badly unnerved.

Both the luminaries, the Sun and Moon, are ill-disposed off to mischievous Neptune. This has to be read together with the Sun locking horns with Uranus; and Mercury conjunct Saturn. In the first place, it points to an independent minded person. Second, he has a fixated one track mind, not keen to entertain divergent views. Third, he would be temperamental, impatient, impulsive, irritable, intolerant, undiplomatic, erratic, and at times even irrational to the extent that he may not hesitate taking the superiors head on. Fourth, he would be stuck to his illusionary perceptions and may not acknowledge truth on its first appearance. Instead, he will keep trying to prove his point till pushed to the wall. If all that would not be enough, Jupiter placed adverse to Mars speaks of his inflated ego, which doesn’t let him explore beyond his self-defined parameters. Consequently, this man always remains under stress, which has been taking a toll on his physical health as well.

The positives in him are immense, which qualifies him to prove a great leader in his own right. Provided, he addresses his fault lines that have been playing spoil sport with his talent thus far. I am sure, he may then successively scale still greater height, and with ease and comfort
