At the outset, let me assure you that your son is quite talented and he will settle down for sure with time. Like any ordinary mortal, if he has some positives, he carries negative traits also, which is playing heavy at this particular point of time. A look at his chart reveals that as of now he would be under great stress, suffering from inferiority complex, and in fact in a state of depression. “If so, he would need therapy. Otherwise, if left unattended, I am afraid, it will grow with time. But the problem is that he won’t listen. Will you suggest any puja that helps bring him around?” the father came with a counter question.
Well, therapy works only when the person concerned acknowledges his problem and wilfully tries to seek help. The irony, however, is that his high ego doesn’t let him acknowledge fault lines, not to say anything about seeking help. Even if taken to a therapist, he won’t share much, and so the effort will go in vain. If you somehow connect him with me, my counsel will not work. The key to his problem is his present mindset. Any puja you do can’t enter his mind space to make necessary correction. Have patience. Be supportive. Assure him that you are there to fully support him. The progression of his planetary placements suggests that hopefully, after a year, a situation may arise that may trigger the sense of reasons in him, which too is immense. The positives within him will then lead him make a fresh and strong start. “It is difficult for me to digest that without making any suitable effort, time alone would bring about necessary change. Please explain,” the father asked.
When I talk about ‘time’, in astrological framework, it doesn’t simply mean a measure of space between two set of events. In astrology, all scales of time are set in correspondence with periodical movement of the Sun and Moon. The two luminaries being primary energy balls of the cosmos playing from the front, their progression reflects upon varying energy dynamics of the cosmos. That has related bearing on life cycle on earth. A look at your son’s astrological pointers and their progression will make things clear.
The Sun signifying his identity is conjunct Mercury, which makes him quite intelligent having a good memory. Both are beautifully aligned with intellectually ordained Uranus and Neptune. It, in the first place, implies that that he is highly talented and has innovative and inventive mind. Second, he has strong imagination, is highly intuitive, and compassionate. Jupiter conjunct Moon gives him a fertile mind and also makes out a good human being. All put together qualifies him to make a mark for himself.
The negatives within are also there that may play spoilsport with his potentials, particularly when time becomes adverse. Moon posited in Virgo sign brings in the sense that others don’t understand him. It is placed adverse to Mars, Uranus, Neptune and Venus. This, in the first place makes him irritable and aggressive. Second, he is too much sensitive. Third, it may at times makes him vulnerable to get stuck to his fanciful dream perception. Mars opposite Uranus and Neptune makes him temperamental, who remains susceptible to develop inferiority complex when things don’t move on expected lines. Mars placed adverse to Jupiter speaks of his inflated ego, which may not let him digest advisories when things don’t work his ways. Mars progressed to a point exactly opposite Uranus and Neptune that put him under depression, when to hide his weakness, he may overreact when counselled.
All these indicators will move further away from their negative positioning by his next birthday. Fortunately at the same time his progressed lagna becomes beautifully aligned to Venus posited in his career signifying 10th house. The dasha sequence too becomes favourable. His may then make a fresh positive start whereafter, his performance may far exceed your expectations.
