The International Coffee Day is celebrated on October 1. MUSBA HASHMI speaks with BHARAT SETHI, founder of Rage Coffee, about the vegan coffee that is infused with natural vitamins

Having the first sip of your favourite coffee, first thing in the morning is a feeling every coffee lover would relate to. But with this unexplained feeling comes a guilt of drinking too much of coffee and not be able to do without it.

Here is an answer to all your woes — an award-winning vegan coffee infused with six natural vitamins.

A brainchild of Bharat Sethi, Rage coffee was launched in 2018. “The brand was born out of my passion for coffee. Unfortunately, we are always served poor quality products and so is the case with coffee. After an extensive research, we found out that most of the coffees in the market are artificial.  That’s when I thought of coming up with something that has quality and is not too expensive. This is how Rage was born,” Sethi explains.

The brand till date has five exotic flavours — Original, Irish Hazelnut, Crème Caramel, Sparky Orange, and Dark Chocolate. “The coffee tastes like freshly grounded and gives a distinctive kick of caffeine. Unlike others, it doesn’t taste bland or bitter,” he tells you.

Although India is majorly a tea drinking nation, but the coffee lovers are witnessing a slow growth. Not to mention that the market has been taken over several big players.

“We do realise that we have tough competition, but that is where the excitement comes in. Challenges are a part and parcel of life and our USP is that we give quality coffee at best prices. That is the reason that our target audience are accepting us with open hearts and the response has been overwhelming,” Sethi says.

To add to its products, the brand has also launched coffee shots. “These coffee shots comes in biodegradable packaging. The product quality is the same only delivery technique is changed. This is meant for those who want to enjoy good coffee at the comfort of their work place or even on their way to work,” he tells you.

There is much more on Sethi’s cards. “We will soon be launching new exciting flavours, Peppermint and Bubblegum to name a few. Bubblegum flavoured coffee will be meant for 18-24 year olds who doesn’t want to go for the usual flavours,” he tells you.
