The Security Sector Skill Development Council (SSSDC) have so far certified over 3,500 unarmed security guards under the ‘Recognition of Prior learning' (RPl) programme started under the aegis of National Skill Development Council (NSDC) and Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). RPl focuses on enhancing employability opportunities of private security guards.
