A 22-year-old woman was allegedly shot at and critically injured by a group of burglars in south Delhi’s Moti Bagh area on intervening night of Thursday and Friday.
The woman was identified as Neeru, who lives on the first floor of a building which houses an electronic appliance shop.
According to police officials, a PCR call was made at around 2:45 AM informing about a girl been shot at near Safal Booth of the
area. “A team of officials reached the spot and rushed the girl to All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences
(AIIMS) where the girl was said to have got stable by the Saturday evening,” said
Delhi Police spokesperson Rajan Bhagat.
“The injured Neeru’s father Jitender told us that they live in 205 Safal Booth with his wife and her,”

“Neeru was operated and got stable by the evening,” added the police officer while stating, “A case was registered at South Campus police
