Evelyn Sharma
EveTeased in Germany
Evelyn Sharma is no stranger to her hometown, Frankfurt in Germany. Since the time she's moved to Mumbai to pursue her dream to be an actress, there's been little time for this pretty actress to visit home.
On her recent visit to Frankfurt, Evelyn was hounded by a group of three Indian boys in their mid 20's. The boys started to click pictures of hers on their phone and refused to stop when Evelyn politely asked them to do so. She tried to escape but the boys continued to follow her. Thing went out of hand when the boys started to pass lewd comments. Evelyn had a narrow escape as she hopped into a cab soon after.
“It's has been one of the most shocking incidents in my life so far, especially because this happened back home in Frankfurt. I’ve no idea who those guys were, but they definitely looked and sounded Indian. It's a little shameful that this happened in broad daylight, but luckily I could get out of there before things went completely out of control. It seemed like they definitely knew who I was, and I’m still surprised something like this could happen so far away from Mumbai,” Evelyn Sharma, told a tabloid.
Sakshi Chaudhary to play Priyanka Chopra in 67 days
Newbie Sakshi Chaudhary has been zeroed in on to play Priyanka Chopra in a film, based on the National Award winning actress' infamous fallout with her former secretary Prakash Jaju over finances. Sakshi has been signed by producer Firoz Nadiadwala for a three-film deal. She will be first seen opposite John Abraham in the next installment of the Hera Pheri: franchise.
For the role of Priyanka Chopra in 67 Days, Sakshi would have to go into rigorous workshops. “She will play Priyanka after very closely studying of her movies. Sakshi is not a major movie buff. But Aseem Merchant, who is making 67 Days, wants Sakshi to adopt Priyanka's body language and mannerisms,” said a source.
“Priyanka tends to talk very rapidly, letting the sentences, words spill out in a tumble. Sakshi would be speaking like that. There will also be an attempt to recreate some of Priyanka's early songs and dances from Andaaz and Aitraaz,” said the source.
