‘Justice still cynical phrase for aam admi’
New Delhi: Justice is still a cynical phrase for common man despite efforts being made to make it accessible, as it is felt that interest of litigant goes unnoticed in the “typhoon" of legal proceedings, Chief Justice of India P Sathasivam said on Saturday.
AP CM still against State bifurcation
New Delhi: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on Saturday said he was not convinced about the bifurcation of the State and claimed that he has not changed his position on it. Reddy has been against the bifurcation of the state. He, however, said he was not against the sentiments of Telangana people but there were several issues like employment, Hyderabad and flood-prone districts which are yet to be resolved.
