Easy to operate & handle

There are tablets and then there are mini tablets. With the ever evolving technology, Indian markets are flooded with tablets of all sizes. These tablets are leading the way to an Internet revolution in India. In such a scenario, it is timely for Spice to have come up with its 10-inch capacitative touchscreen called the Spice Stellar Pad Mi 1010.

At Rs12,999, the features are impressive. Stellar Pad runs on Jelly Beans 4.1, the latest version of Android. Running on 1.5 GHz Rockchip Dual core processor with Quadcore GPU with 16gb ROM and 1GB DDR Ram is great power for a tablet at this price.

The tablet has a 7600 mAh lion polymer battery. Spice claims, the battery life is highest among all tablets. The size is 10.1 inch and display 1280 by 800 pixels. The display is not brilliant but not bad either.

What they couldn't do technology wise, the makers have tried to do with the design of this tablet which is pleasing to the eye. For one, it’s not very bulky, so convenient to carry. The plastic quality looks far better than other tabs in the mid-size category.

The pad comes loaded with two cameras. The front camera is 3.0 mega pixels and there’s a VGA camera at the back too. Other features include Wi-Fi, 3D G-sensor Expandable Storage Capacity of 32 GB.

Although, like all other smart tablets that are in the market, even this one tends heat up if the phone is being charged often. Then there was this problem of the tablet taking to start while being charged.
