Witherspoon lying low

Reese Witherspoon is trying to lie low after her arrest last week. The Walk the line actress — charged with disorderly conduct after confronting a police officer who had arrested her husband Jim Toth on suspicion of driving under influence in Atlanta last week — is said to be “devastated” by the events and is hoping things will blow over soon. A source told E! News: “She is trying to lie low and spend time with her family. It's going to take her a long time to get over and she knows she let her family down.” However, it seems the 37-year-old actress, who has a seven-month-old son Tennessee with her CAA Agent husband, as well as Ava, 13, and Deacon, nine, with ex-husband Ryan Philippe — is getting plenty of support from friends.

Depply in love

Johnny Depp has built a bar for Amber Heard. The 49-year-old actor is so desperate to win the 27-year-old actress back — who he met on the set of The Rum Diary in 2011 — that he created a replica bar from the movie on his Bahamas property to surprise her. A source told Us Weekly magazine: “He had a bar built on his Bahamas property to look exactly like the one in The Rum Diary. The set designer created the plans. They are so in love.”

Johnny fell for Amber after splitting with his partner of 14 years, Vanessa Paradis, in June 2012. However, the pair reportedly split in January after a brief fling, when bisexual Amber ran off to Paris to be with model Marie De Villepin. This isn't the first time Johnny has made a grand gesture to impress Amber. He named a beach on his private island of little Hall's Pond in the Bahamas after the blonde as a special Christmas present.”

Gaga over godmother

lady Gaga is godmother to Sir Elton John's children. The legendary singer and his husband David Furnish, 50, were so impressed with Gaga's job as godmother to their adopted son Zachary, two, that they have asked her to perform the same duties for Elijah, three months. Elton, 65, told Extra: “She's a great role model, she's young, she's been a great godmother to Zachary. We're all good in this business, but we're human beings at the same time.” The couple also revealed that having children has changed their lives in every way. David said: “You learn so much about yourself and about life by seeing children,” while Elton added: “I love getting up in the morning and having breakfast with Zachary. Everything I thought I would find annoying about having children, like screaming and shouting and tantrums...I don't find any of it annoying. I find it all enchanting.”
