New Zealand named two uncapped players on Friday in a 15-man Test squad for their upcoming Bangladesh tour but will be missing injured veterans Daniel Vettori and Martin Guptill. The selectors turned to spinner Ish Sodhi and allrounder Corey Anderson for the two-Test series after the pair showed they could handle subcontinental conditions on New Zealand A’s current tour of India. Coach Mike Hesson said their inclusion, along with specialist spinner Bruce Martin, gave New Zealand plenty of options for the Tests in Chittagong and Dhaka.
